Maintaining the Store Ambience and cleanliness
Maintain customer data base.
Ensuring a continued relation with customers by keeping in touch with them constantly.
Ensuring their KPIs are in place
Suggesting the customer on the new offer/trends etc.
Ensuring the visual merchandize of the store is maintained well.
Attendance & Discipline
5 Skills Sets Mandatory Brand awareness, good communication skills and presentation skills, selling skills, patience topped up with good product knowledge, ability to understand customer requirement, basic VM knowledge and a positive attitude topped up with confidence to make the sale.
