Job Responsibilities
- Maximize store sales through effective selling, service and product knowledge.
- Assisting in meeting the store sales target both value and volume wise.
- Providing a good customer service by placing the customer as the centre of attention.
- Stock maintenance – count, order placement/ replenishment, usage of shelf space
- Maintaining the Store Ambience and cleanliness
- Maintain customer data base.
- Ensuring a continued relation with customers by keeping in touch with them constantly.
- Ensuring their KPIs is in line with his/her target
- Suggesting the customer on the new offer/trends etc.
- Ensuring the visual merchandize of the store is maintained well.

Skills Sets Mandatory
Brand awareness, good communication skills and presentation skills, selling skills, patience topped up with good product knowledge, ability to understand customer requirement, basic VM knowledge and a positive attitude topped up with confidence to make the sale.
