1. Eligibility:

  • Participation in the loyalty program is open to all eligible customers of P N RAO
  • Employees, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Points redemption process.

2. Earning Loyalty Points:

  • Customers earn loyalty points on qualifying purchases as determined by P N RAO.

3. Points Redemption:

  • Points earned can be redeemed for eligible products or benefits as specified in the Program documentation.
  • Points cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or sold to other individuals
  • The validity of loyalty points extends for a year starting from the date of point allocation and any unredeemed Points may be forfeited after the expiration date, as specified in the Program details.
  • Points are eligible for redemption at any store authorized by P N RAO

4. Redemption Process:

  • To redeem Points, participants must follow the specified redemption process, which may include visiting our store and contacting our billing team.
  • Participants must have accumulated the 500 minimum required Points for redemption as specified in the Program details

5. Availability:

  • Redemption options available on ready to wear & fabric products, not applicable on tailoring services, and benefits are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any redemption options, products, services, or benefits at any time.

6. Combination with Other Offers:

  • Point’s redemption cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless otherwise explicitly stated.

7. Refunds and Returns:

  • If a participant redeems Points for a product that is later returned or refunded, the Points will be credited back to the participant's account.

8. Taxes and Fees:

  • Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or other charges associated with Points redemption.

9. Fraud and Misuse:

  • Any fraudulent or abusive use of Points or the redemption process may result in the cancellation of the participant's account and forfeiture of accumulated Points.

10. Termination and Changes:

  • We reserve the right to terminate the loyalty program or modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice

11. Limitation of Liability:

  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or liability resulting from participation in the loyalty program or redemption of Points.

12. Privacy:

  • Participant information collected for the loyalty program will be used in accordance with the company's privacy policy.

13. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles
